Safe2Speak® has worked for 25 years in understanding and designing interventions in the field of human behavior, and also in identifying underlying motivation and patterns of conflict and processes for increasing communication between parties in dispute. The goal of mediation, negotiation, facilitation and other forms of conflict prevention or management is to increase communication and problem-solving while increasing appropriate engagement, thereby reducing the conflict. Safe2Speak® works with people to reduce their conflict while helping them move forward in their lives. Safe2Speak® works with families in many stages of their relationship (including divorce, post-decree, prenuptial, parent-teen conflict). We also work with community level disputes, including disagreements within Homeowners' Associations, landlord-tenant disputes, barking dog and other civil disputes, or relationships between community organizations. Safe2Speak® has offices in Avon and Edwards, works in the Vail area of Eagle County, the mountain communities of Summit County, Garfield County and Pitking County communities, as well as many other Colorado communities. |
