Holly Woods, Ph.D. has 25 years background as a behaviorist working in human process management. As President of Safe2Speak® Mediation & Conflict Coaching Center, she works with individuals, couples, families and groups to help people become more effective at finding strategies that resolve their conflict. We are certified and have more than 25 years of experience in working in the field of human behavior. Dr. Woods is an Advanced Mediation Practitioner and  instructs graduate-level Core, Advanced and Specialty mediation courses in public and private universities. She participates routinely in advanced training programs designed to enhance knowledge of all relevant legal issues and negotiation techniques available for ADR.
